Other Fee Shipping is free. However, $7 per item will be added to ship Okinawa. (Including promotional items)

Delivery We normally deliver within 7-10 days in the order we received.
During peak season (MAY. JUN. and NOV. DEC) we may need extra delivery days within our delivery period.

* Please note, that due to unusual circumstances which may arise due to issues involving crop
harvest situations, import custom clearance, quarantine, shipping area and transportation,
Japanese holidays, and/or any other delay for the above reasons,
we may not able to ship items on the delivery date that you have requested.
Some of products are unavailable for delivery to certain remote island locations.

RETURN We do not accept returns and/or cancelation after we processed your order.
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, if there is a defect in the product received, we will take full responsibility.
If you find that our merchandise do not meet your standards, please contact us within 3 days after the product is delivered to you or as soon as possible.

*Return and exchange will only be made if more than two-thirds of the product is confirmed.
We do not accept any returns due to customer's error or personal preference.
RULE & REGULATIONS Please note, circumstances beyond our control such as crop and harvest conditions,
import custom clearance, quarantine and natural disasters may affect the quality of
the products or change the origin,brands and delivery temperature areas. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any orders customers place with us.

During valid period of the flyer/ catalog,
all prices and specifications are subject to change and/or cancelled without prior notice.

If delivery period for fruits has ended while the tenant of the shipping address was absence,
alternative products will be considered as substitute.

Underage drinking is prohibited by law. We do not sell alcohol to minors.
Japanese laws are applied to the present transaction.
